What you will do as an organizational change consultant

Through your authenticity, vulnerability, and experience, you know how to get teams into the right flow and enable everyone to collaborate as effectively as possible: focused on continuously creating value.

You know that people and teams develop best when they continuously improve. This is also a high priority for your own development.

You are uniquely capable of helping clients with their change needs. Switching between operational, tactical, and strategic levels is in your DNA.

You provide expert guidance to clients in their development towards a self-organizing organization.

While various change management models and methodologies can provide direction, you know how to apply them flexibly by experimenting together.

You actively contribute to strengthening the learning organization within the client environment and within Spark. This includes coaching, intervision, knowledge sharing, and developing new insights.

You are someone who is energized by guiding change and improving collaboration. You are looking for an environment where you can make an impact and continue to develop yourself.

You are energized by organizational challenges;

You have a passion for achieving goals together;

You are authentically yourself and enjoy making teams better;

You hold at least a relevant HBO/university degree;

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master;

You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.

A salary between €3,500 – €5,500 gross per month;
