What you will do as an AI & Transformation Consultant

You make AI tangible by helping organizations discover where technology adds value.

You support teams and leaders in strengthening focus, ownership, and collaboration.

You translate strategies into actionable plans that accelerate digital transformation.

You help organizations sustainably embed change with clear steps and structure.

You share insights, facilitate sessions, and foster a culture where learning is central.

You develop new ideas with colleagues and contribute to our AI and transformation proposition.

You are a consultant who thrives on change. You easily switch between strategy and execution and know how to simplify complex topics. You enjoy working with people, are curious about technology, and love learning by doing.

At least 3 years of experience in consultancy and/or organizational change.

Experience with agile methodologies or transformations.

Interest or experience with AI, data, or digital innovation.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

An entrepreneurial mindset and a natural drive for improvement.

A salary between €3,500 and €6,000 per month, depending on experience and impact.
