As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach at Spark Group, you help teams and organizations grow. You guide people in their collaboration, help establish structure, and ensure change truly works – from team level to organization-wide.

What you will do as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach

You coach teams in agile ways of working and help them strengthen their ownership and collaboration.

You support departments and management in improving rhythm, structure, and mutual alignment.

You organize workshops, retrospectives, and sessions that encourage learning and improvement.

You work with leaders and stakeholders on agile structures and effective decision-making.

You create clear frameworks where necessary and support teams in taking responsibility.

You share knowledge, coach colleagues, and help continuously innovate our way of working.

You are someone who motivates people to act. You understand that change takes time, but you know how to take steps that truly make an impact. You bring energy, calm, and sharpness all at once.

Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.

Knowledge of agile frameworks and change approaches (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or similar).

Ability to coach teams and influence leaders.

Interest in organizational development and technology (AI is a plus).

An open mindset, curiosity, and a good sense of humor.

A salary between €3,500 and €6,000 per month, depending on experience and impact.
