As a Recruiter / Talent Partner at Spark Group, you help our team grow with the right people. You connect talent to our mission, build relationships, and ensure everyone who interacts with us feels our energy.

What you will do as a Recruiter / Talent Partner

You guide the entire recruitment process and ensure a warm, professional candidate experience.

You build a network of professionals who fit our culture, ambition, and way of working.

You contribute ideas for social media, content, and events that contribute to an attractive employer brand.

You use tools and data to make recruitment more personal, faster, and more effective.

You collaborate with colleagues to improve and professionalize our internal processes.

You learn how we guide organizational change and develop yourself in HR, communication, and AI.

You bring energy, curiosity, and a clear overview. You enjoy organizing, communicating, and connecting. You quickly understand how people and teams work and enjoy shaping a growing organization.

Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working.

Experience or affinity with recruitment, communication, or HR.

Organizational talent: planning, prioritizing, and coordinating come naturally to you.

Interest in organizational change, AI, or business management – curiosity outweighs experience.
