As a Recruitment Consultant at People Select, you will be responsible for creating strong, long-lasting matches between candidates and clients. You will work on strategic and commercial vacancies at the head offices of leading organisations in the consumer goods, FMCG and retail sectors, such as HAK, Superunie, Peijnenburg and Zuivelhoeve. In this role, you will actively build and maintain your network and have frequent personal contact with candidates and clients.

You will start with a practical training programme in which you will learn the recruitment trade on the job. Together with experienced consultants, you will gain an in-depth understanding of clients: you will fully map out their organisation, culture, team dynamics and the desired candidate profile. Based on this, you will conduct a targeted search for suitable candidates via our database and LinkedIn. In doing so, you will learn to use modern search methods and develop your skills in approaching and speaking with candidates.

During interviews with candidates, you will explore not only their experience but also their personality, ambitions and motivations. In this way, you ensure an optimal match that goes beyond just the CV. In addition, you will support clients throughout the entire process and keep them continuously informed of progress.

You will join a young, driven and close-knit team at a modern office location near the centre of Utrecht. There is a strong focus on collaboration, development and celebrating successes. We are looking for an enthusiastic, recent graduate with an academic background (e.g. HRM, Organisational and Industrial Psychology or Business Administration), a commercial mindset and strong communication skills.
