Young Real Estate Investments is a subsidiary of Young.com , focused on building a high-quality residential real estate portfolio in Spain.

We are preparing to open a local office in the Denia, Orba and Marina Alta region , with a particular focus on the smaller towns and inland areas surrounding Orba, Dénia, Pedreguer, Ondara, Benidoleig, Jalón, Alcalalí and the wider Marina Alta.

Our strategy is straightforward: we buy real estate for our own investment portfolio. We are not building a traditional estate agency and we are not primarily looking to sell properties to third parties. Our objective is to identify, acquire and operate attractive real estate investments for long-term rental income, capital appreciation and, where appropriate, selective resale.

To lead this operation, we are looking for an energetic, commercially driven and highly action-oriented Managing Director .

As Managing Director , you will establish and lead Young Real Estate Investments’ local presence in the Marina Alta region.

You will be responsible for building a strong acquisition pipeline and presenting a consistent flow of compelling investment opportunities. We are not looking for someone who spends months analyzing the market from behind a desk.

We are looking for someone who is continuously in the field, building relationships, visiting properties, speaking with owners and finding opportunities before they reach the wider market.

A key expectation is that you can identify and present approximately ten strong acquisition opportunities every week .

Fincas with substantial land and renovation or rental potential.

Affordable apartments with attractive long-term rental yields.

Houses and village properties that are undervalued or require repositioning.

Agricultural land or strategically located land with long-term value potential.

Off-market properties, urgent sales, inheritances and properties owned by international sellers.

Portfolios or individual assets that can be acquired below their long-term value.

Our investment strategy combines recurring rental income, long-term portfolio appreciation and selective value creation through renovation, improved management or eventual resale.

Build and manage a continuous pipeline of investment opportunities.

Proactively source on-market and off-market properties.

Develop relationships with local estate agents, property owners, lawyers, notaries, banks, contractors and other relevant parties.

Visit properties and assess their commercial potential.

Prepare concise and practical investment proposals.

Negotiate purchase prices and commercial terms.

Coordinate due diligence with legal, technical and financial advisers.

Support transactions from initial introduction through to signing and completion.

Help establish and manage our local office.

Receive property owners, agents and business partners at the office.

Represent Young Real Estate Investments throughout the Marina Alta region.

Support the rental, renovation and ongoing management strategy for acquired properties.

Build a reliable local network of contractors, property managers and service providers.

We intend to open an office in one of the smaller towns in the region, potentially in or around Orba.

Coordinate acquisitions and property-related activities.

Establish a visible and trusted long-term presence in the region.

The exact location will be selected based on accessibility, local deal flow and strategic value.

Because this is a highly local and field-based role, it is important that the successful candidate lives in, or is willing to relocate to, the wider Marina Alta region. Living near Dénia , Orba or another well-connected nearby town would be particularly suitable.

Commercially sharp and confident in negotiations.

Action-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Persistent and able to create opportunities rather than wait for them.

Well connected locally, or capable of building a strong network quickly.

Comfortable spending significant time visiting properties and meeting people.

Able to distinguish a genuine investment opportunity from an attractively presented but overpriced property.

Reliable and capable of representing an international investment company professionally.

Real estate experience is important. Experience in property acquisition, brokerage, development, investment, renovation or property management would be highly relevant.

However, experience alone is not sufficient. We place even greater importance on mentality, energy and execution. We are looking for someone who rolls up their sleeves, takes ownership and consistently brings opportunities to the table.

Fluency in Spanish and English is important. Knowledge of Dutch, German, French or another European language would be an advantage, given the number of international property owners in the region.
