We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead one of our locations in The Hague.

This is not a desk-based role. We are looking for someone who wants to be present in the operation, lead the team from the floor, solve problems, improve the guest experience, and actively contribute to the growth of the business.

Manage staffing, schedules, stock, costs, and operational performance

Maintain high hospitality and quality standards

Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve efficiency

Take real ownership of the location and its results

Experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Practical, energetic, and commercially minded

Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility

Strong leadership and communication skills

Dit is geen kantoorbaan. Wij zoeken iemand die zichtbaar aanwezig is in de operatie, het team vanaf de vloer aanstuurt, problemen oplost, de gastbeleving verbetert en actief bijdraagt aan de groei van de onderneming.

Actief meewerken in de dagelijkse operatie

Verantwoordelijk zijn voor planning, personeelskosten, voorraad en operationele resultaten

Zorgen voor een hoog niveau van gastvrijheid en kwaliteit

Kansen herkennen om omzet en efficiëntie te verbeteren

Echte verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de locatie en de resultaten

Ervaring in restaurant- of hospitalitymanagement

Praktisch, energiek en commercieel ingesteld

In staat om beslissingen te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen

Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatieve vaardigheden

Gemotiveerd om mee te groeien met het bedrijf
