We’re looking for a Medior software Engineer who enjoys working with cloud-native technologies and is ready to help drive our projects forward. While your focus is backend development, you’ll still have the freedom to contribute to the broader product: from building reliable serverless services to occasionally shaping the frontend that brings everything together.

As a medior software engineer at Synadia you’ll build the core services that keep our platforms fast, secure, and scalable.

You’ll help build the backend systems that connect IoT devices, gateways, and industrial machines with secure, cloud-native software. You’ll work on fast, reliable data flows and clean serverless services that keep information moving smoothly from the edge to the cloud.

Your role goes beyond writing code. You’ll help turn hardware signals, sensor data, and real machine behavior into structured, useful information. You’ll work together with OT specialists, cloud engineers, and data teams to make sure every device fits into a secure and future-ready environment.

As a Medior Software Engineer, you enjoy building clean, scalable software and taking ownership of your work. You move quickly, stay curious, and use your growing experience to make solid decisions. You like staying close to the business, understanding why something matters before you build it. You enjoy taking features from idea to production and improving things step by step. Experience with AWS (DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Cognito, CloudWatch, IoT Core, Step Functions, S3, CDK).

Knowledge of serverless architecture and native AWS implementations.
