This unique restaurant combines the energy of a live food market with the experience of a high-quality dining venue. Guests are invited to be part of the journey — selecting fresh products, engaging with the team, and enjoying a dynamic, ever-changing offering.

As General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant.

You are the driving force behind the team, the guest experience, and the commercial success of the venue. You know how to balance operations with inspiration — leading from the front while building a strong and motivated team.

Ensure an outstanding and memorable guest experience.

Manage financial performance, budgets, and costs.

Drive operational excellence and efficiency.

Act as the link between the restaurant and senior leadership.

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Commercial mindset with a hands-on mentality.

Experience in high-volume, dynamic environments.

Passion for food, experience-driven. concepts, and innovation

Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
