We are currently looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join a well-established international hotel group in Amsterdam . This is a great opportunity to grow within a structured, high-quality environment while working alongside experienced leaders in the industry.

As Assistant F&B Manager, you will support the overall management of the Food & Beverage department. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent guest experiences, and leading the team on the floor.

You are hands-on, service-driven, and motivated to grow into a senior leadership role.

Support the F&B Manager in daily operations.

Lead and supervise the team during service.

Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Assist in staff training, coaching, and development.

Monitor costs, stock, and operational efficiency.

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues proactively.

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within F&B.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Hands-on mentality with attention to detail.

Passion for hospitality and guest experience.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
