HR ProjectPartners werkt samen met internationale opdrachtgevers binnen offshore, energie, infrastructuur, industrie en technische projectomgevingen. Voor diverse lopende en toekomstige projecten zijn wij continu op zoek naar Document Controllers die projectteams willen ondersteunen met het beheren, structureren en bewaken van projectdocumentatie.

Als Document Controller speel je een belangrijke rol binnen projecten en zorg je ervoor dat documentatie correct, volledig en volgens de geldende procedures wordt verwerkt. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, projectmanagers, leveranciers en andere stakeholders om documentstromen soepel te laten verlopen.

Beheren, registreren en structureren van projectdocumentatie

Bewaken van documentstromen, revisies en deadlines

Controleren van documenten op volledigheid, kwaliteit en naleving van procedures

Ondersteunen van projectteams bij documentbeheer en administratieve processen

Archiveren, distribueren en verwerken van technische documentatie

Werken met documentmanagementsystemen zoals SharePoint, ThinkProject!, Aconex of vergelijkbare systemen

Monitoren van documentstatussen en rapporteren van voortgang

Ondersteunen bij projectgerelateerde administratieve werkzaamheden

Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende stakeholders samen te werken

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal

Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding is een pré

Salaris afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring, startend vanaf €2.900 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. Meer ervaring wordt passend beloond.
