Document Controller

Are you an experienced Document Controller residing in the Netherlands and ready for a new challenge?

In this role, you will strive to ensure projects run smoothly with maximum effort, top- quality work, and satisfied clients, while also keeping an eye on work efficiency, costs, and a positive and motivating work environment within your own team.

Managing and coordinating engineering document control and vendor document control.

Creating, maintaining, and updating the Master Document Register (MDR).

Internally following up on outstanding workflows for engineering and vendor documents.

Externally following up on overdue client responses regarding submitted documents for review and approval.

Ensuring timely and correct archiving of all project documentation in line with project requirements and procedures.

Minimum of 3 years proven experience in document control within the oil, gas, or renewable energy sectors.

A technical school graduate with approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and expertise.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Currently residing in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.

Experience with document control systems and software; SharePoint experience is a strong advantage.

Highly accurate, well-organized, and strong communication skills.
