You are responsible for coordinating and controlling all logistics activities related to project and operational deliveries, ensuring materials arrive on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable standards.

Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities to support project execution

Plan and optimize transportation (road, sea, air) to meet delivery schedules and cost targets

Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers

Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or disruptions proactively

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements

Maintain accurate delivery forecasts and track actuals in ERP systems

Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and project teams

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience in logistics coordination within an industrial or project-driven environment

Strong knowledge of transport methods, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously

Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic project environment

Hands-on mentality with a focus on delivery and results
