The Service Operations department is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of offshore wind farms. The team manages all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, retrofits, resource planning, and operational support. Working closely with technicians, site management, customers, and third-party contractors, the department plays a vital role in maximizing turbine availability and performance.

The Maintenance Planner / Service Operations Planner is a key member of this team, coordinating personnel, tools, spare parts, and logistics to ensure maintenance activities are executed efficiently. The role requires continuous monitoring of operational priorities, weather conditions, resource availability, and service progress while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Experience as a Site Planner or Key User within SAP.

Strong knowledge of SAP maintenance planning modules, including service order management and resource scheduling.

Experience creating maintenance plans, task lists, and service orders in SAP.

Knowledge of Multiple Resource Scheduling (MRS) and workforce planning.

Experience coordinating retrofit campaigns, inspections, and maintenance programs.

Experience managing purchase orders and service-related costs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate planning data.

Proactive and solution-oriented approach to operational challenges.

Ability to coordinate resources effectively while responding to changing priorities and weather conditions.

High school diploma or equivalent relevant work experience.

Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, service operations, logistics coordination, or a similar technical environment.

Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment with demanding deadlines.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Good understanding of SAP or similar enterprise planning systems.

Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Willingness and ability to travel to operational sites when required.
