Test Manager

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager who enjoys improving software quality in a complex IT environment, for a client in the banking sector.

You'll help define testing strategies, coordinate end-to-end testing activities, and drive continuous improvements in quality assurance and test automation. Working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable and compliant solutions.

Develop and coordinate the overall test strategy, including FAT, BAT, and regression testing.

Drive both manual and automated testing activities across multiple teams.

Improve test automation and ensure high-quality test coverage.

Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities throughout the development lifecycle.

Review testing processes, facilitate continuous improvement, and support teams through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain high quality standards.

You have several years of experience in Test Management or Test Engineering within a complex IT environment and are comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Experience with test strategy, test automation, and risk-based testing.

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams.

An ISTQB certification and experience within banking or payments are considered a plus.

Salary up to €5.950 gross per month, based on 36 hours.
