SEO Specialist (Medior / Senior)

Vacancy SEO Specialist (medior/ senior) | Join WP Masters!

We are looking for new SEO Specialists to join our SEO team who can manage client accounts independently and translate complex SEO challenges into concrete actions. You will be part of a dedicated team of specialists, where you will have plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and actively apply your expertise to improve your clients’ online visibility.

We challenge you to use your talents with us and together push boundaries in the world of web design & online marketing.

You will be assigned 8 to 12 clients in your own portfolio, for whom you will provide full-service support and optimisation.

You will develop SEO strategies for your client projects for periods of 6 to 12 months.

You will translate your own SEO strategies into short-term implementation plans consisting of:

Technical optimisations based on SEO scans and technical audits.

Content optimisations (determining content planning, on-page optimisations, Google EEAT, website structures, etc.)

Link building via link exchanges, guest blogging, link buying, digital PR, outreach and more.

Specialist briefings for our design and development team (we leave new pages and templates to our other design and development experts).

You will prepare monthly reports setting out KPIs, work carried out and follow-up optimisations.

You will hold monthly meetings with your clients to discuss the latest developments.

For our mid-level / senior role, we are looking for people with 3 to 5 years’ professional experience.

You are a seasoned expert (with proven experience) in the three key areas:

All the key SEO tools hold no secrets for you:

Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Semrush or other third-party software

You communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and clients.

You work independently and proactively take responsibility for your client portfolio.

You are up to date with the latest developments and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Demonstrable experience with international SEO is an advantage.

Demonstrable experience with local SEO is an advantage.

Demonstrable experience with targeted optimisations to improve discoverability in LLMs is an advantage.
