SEO Specialist (Junior)

Vacancy SEO Specialist (junior) | Join the team at WP Masters!

We are looking for a junior SEO Specialist to join our SEO team, someone who wants to develop their skills in the field and learn, step by step, how to manage client accounts and translate SEO challenges into concrete actions. You will be part of a dedicated team of specialists, where you will receive plenty of guidance and the opportunity to develop your skills and take your first steps towards improving our clients’ online visibility.

We challenge you to use your talents with us and together push boundaries in the world of web design & online marketing.

You will support 3 to 5 client accounts, learning step by step how to carry out full-service SEO work.

You will learn to understand and develop SEO strategies for client projects, under the guidance of a senior specialist.

You will help translate SEO strategies into concrete implementation plans, such as:

Technical optimisations based on SEO scans and technical audits.

Content optimisations (such as on-page optimisations, content planning and website structures).

Link building via link exchanges, guest blogging and other techniques.

You will learn to draw up briefings for our design and development team.

You will draw up monthly reports and learn to clearly present KPIs, work carried out and follow-up optimisations.

You will take part in client meetings and learn to discuss the latest developments independently.

For our junior role, we are looking for people with 0 to 1 year’s work experience in SEO, or who have a strong affinity with the field through their studies, an internship or personal projects.

You have a basic understanding of the three pillars of SEO and are keen to learn and develop in this area:

You have an affinity with SEO tools and are willing to master them quickly:

Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Semrush or other third-party software (knowledge of one or more is an advantage)

You communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

You are eager to learn, proactive and not afraid to ask questions.

You follow developments in the SEO field with interest and want to actively contribute to a learning-oriented team culture.

Experience with international or local SEO is an advantage.
