Assistant Project Manager Real Estate | Ultim
As an assistant real estate project manager, you will work closely with the (senior) project manager. You will make an active contribution to the realisation of valuable real estate projects and be involved in the entire project process: from purchase, renovation or transformation to completion and letting or sale. In addition, you will draw up project plans, monitor progress and identify potential bottlenecks in good time.
Supporting real estate projects, from purchase/renovation/transformation to sale or rental
Maintaining contact with contractors, consultants and internal teams
Ensuring quality, sustainability and planning
Supporting improvement and innovative solutions
Higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) level of working and thinking in real estate, construction or similar
At least 3 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector
Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
Interest in sustainable and innovative real estate development
40-hour working week in an ambitious and committed team
