Our client, a dynamic organization, is seeking an experienced Head of Software Engineering. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, team leadership, and delivering exceptional results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 20 engineers, including Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, QA specialists, DevOps Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers (SRE).
Technical Leadership: Utilize your technical expertise to guide the team’s design and development efforts. A strong background in Java is essential, with Python experience as a plus.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, Pre-sales, and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Project Delivery: Drive end-to-end software development processes, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Presentations & Reporting: Deliver occasional presentations to leadership, clients, and partners on key technical updates, project progress, and product innovations.
Travel: Be available for occasional travel to meet with clients or internal teams across different locations.
