Company Overview:

Our client is a rapidly growing prominent algorithmic trading firm with a focus on the revolutionary digital asset markets. Their mission is to facilitate, empower, and drive the development of a genuinely decentralized world.

Position Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a secure, scalable, and reliable DevOps process across the organization. You will also be responsible for building a DevOps team, training members, and facilitating the development process and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership and project management skills, and an interest in the trading industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Building a secured staging-production delivery process using an infrastructure-as-code approach.

  • Migrating the current architecture to Kubernetes.

  • Improving the continuous build environments to speed up software development.

  • Improving the observability and traceability of our systems.

  • Improving the security of our clients systems.

  • Setting up and supporting configuration/secrets management tools (e.g., Vault).

  • Leading the DevOps team and mentoring its members.

  • Collaborating with development, QA, and other teams to ensure a smooth software delivery process.

  • Ensuring the availability, scalability, and reliability of the platform.

    • Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and security.

  • Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring.

  • Experience in microservice architecture monitoring and performance tuning.

  • Experience using observability tools for log management, metrics, alerting, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes.
