As Jr. Account Manager, you play a crucial role in our team. You actively follow up on qualified leads and provide excellent service and guidance during the credit application process. You understand our industry, our organization and our proposition in detail and can explain them clearly. You are a self-starter with a strong commercial drive and understand that customer satisfaction and teamwork are essential. In addition, you have excellent communication skills.

Follow-up on incoming leads, mainly by phone;

Optimizing customer service throughout the application process, from request to completion;

Managing the mailbox and answering various customer questions;

Collection of (bank) data from prospects for analysis;

Identify sales opportunities and take action;

Reporting market and customer information in the associated systems.
