Senior Coordinator – lead multiple teams and manage key client relationships.

As a Senior Coordinator you will manage several employee pools and communicate with clients on a tactical level.

At Solutions, we are looking for a Senior Coordinator who will take responsibility for a key client with multiple locations and act as a leader in coordination.

As a Senior Coordinator , you oversee all coordination for a major client with several locations.

You manage employee pools, keep operations running smoothly and maintain clear communication with the client on a tactical level.

Together with recruitment, planning and administration, you make sure schedules, housing and transport are well arranged and any issues are quickly resolved.

Part of your role is also mentoring junior coordinators and improving processes where needed.

It’s a position with responsibility and autonomy, where you help shape the quality of our services and build long-term relationships with the client.

Strong command of English and Dutch (spoken and written)

At least 2 years of experience in staff coordination or a similar role

Ability to work independently, manage projects and maintain strong client relations

Full-time availability from Monday to Saturday

Openness, empathy and a proactive problem-solving mindset

Residence in the Zuid-Holland region and a driving licence

Monthly salary between €2.700 and €3.500 (based on 40 hours)
