At Solutions, we are looking for a  Coordinator  who, with energy and a smile, will take care of our temporary workers – from planning and transport to day-to-day support.

Working as a  Coordinato r is about more than just creating schedules. It’s a connecting role – you are close to people and close to the client.

You help solve their daily challenges, ensure employees feel supported, and keep everything running according to plan. You will cooperate closely with recruitment, planning and administration, having a real impact on how hundreds of people work every day.

This is a role for someone who likes to take action, shows initiative and gains satisfaction from seeing visible results.

You enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and know how to turn conversations into real connections (and successful placements). Initiative, empathy, and curiosity are your daily tools.

Strong command of English and/or Dutch (spoken and written)

Flexibility, strong organizational skills and a positive mindset

Openness, empathy and ease in building relationships

Experience is welcome, but the most important is your willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team and share successes

Residence in the Zuid-Holland region and a driving licence
