Do you enjoy organising, thinking ahead, and keeping multiple things under control?

As a Planner, you are responsible for daily workforce and transport planning. From long-term schedules to last-minute changes, you keep overview and stay in control. You work closely with flex workers, clients, and internal colleagues to make sure everything runs as planned.

You monitor availability, inflow, and outflow of flex workers and anticipate what’s needed next. At the same time, you focus on satisfaction and long-term cooperation. You communicate clearly, set expectations, and act as a reliable point of contact. You take into account travel time, legal regulations, availability, and reliability.

When something changes, you act fast and find solutions. Administration is part of your day-to-day work. You make sure planning systems are accurate and up to date. You also actively participate in team meetings and think along about improving planning and transport processes.

Strong Polish and English skills required (Dutch is a plus)

Experience in planning or the staffing sector is a plus

You are organised, proactive, and communicative

Willingness to work in a two-shift system

Salary between €2.750 and €3.000 gross (based on experience)
