About you?

Like Marcadus, you’re passionate about what you do and proud of your results.

We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in Project Management.

You bring expertise in the world of IT, and ideally, you’ve worked in a similar IT consultancy environment.

You’re a natural communicator, fluent in both Dutch and English.

You bring in-depth knowledge of various project management and software delivery methodologies.

You understand the ins and outs of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.

You’re experienced working in a high-energy, collaborative environment and know how to create a strong teamwork mentality.

You’re also certified in Project Management or Agile practices (a plus!).

Managing a diverse portfolio of projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination at both national and international levels.

Leading projects from the start, becoming a trusted advisor to partners and taking full ownership of the results.

Working with a proactive approach to project management: you’re someone who takes initiative, connects the dots and drives projects forward with a solution-oriented mindset.

Working across diverse business areas, including utilities, logistics and the maritime sectors.

Developing comprehensive project plans that align stakeholder needs with company objectives, overseeing each phase from initiation to execution.

Continuously monitoring project progress to ensure everything stays on track.

Managing various stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and working toward the same goals.

Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation for all project phases.

Taking full ownership of each project, driving successful outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction.
