Medical Affairs manager, interim position (0,4 FTE)

For one of clients we are looking for a Medical Affairs manager, temporary position.

The Company’s worldwide Medical Affairs and Market Access is dedicated to improving health locally by driving medical credibility, demand and access through innovative partnerships and scientific based Solutions. The Medical Affairs Manager will support and execute the medical affairs strategy for a diverse scope of countries worldwide (export) covering the full specialised nutrition portfolio (Core Milks, Allergy, Preterm, Faltering Growth, Adult and Metabolics and Ketogenic).

Tasks and responsibilities are clustered in 3 main topics:

Planning, development and sign off of evidence–based, validated messages/claims, materials and media (promotional, educational) and labels in line with Company’s procedures, category strategy etc.

Develop rationales, Q&A, dossiers, claims substantiation, storylines and content for communication materials to support registration and superior positioning and communication for new and existing products

Facilitate and support internal (incl. distributors’) category and product knowledge and boost awareness of evidence, relevant clinical topics, composition and use of all products /services

Co-build scientific educational programs for HCPs

Design and execute medical initiatives (e.g. symposia, webinars, advisory boards) to maximize awareness of needs, evidence and use of products across the portfolio

Contribute to the organization and implementation of KOL and HCP events and meetings (symposia, Advisory Boards, HCP expert days, roundtables etc.)

Build and maintain relationships as well as share information with internal and external stakeholders

Co-build the category strategy and deliver the category plans in collaboration with cross functional team

Minimum 2-3 years post qualification experience in a healthcare, academic or commercial setting, including dietetic clinical practice

Good level of understanding from nutrition/dietetic perspective of the different conditions/diseases, clinical needs, clinical practice related to our scope as well as commercial application. Experience in paediatrics category is a pre

Have experience with working in cross-functional teams

Have the ability to transfer scientific knowledge into general communicable language to engage others

Have strong communication skills both written and spoken and fluency in English

Agility to be able to deal with several projects at the same time while keeping the right focus
