Working as a Process Operator in a 5-shift schedule with a solid salary and a predictable work pattern. At Modiform, you work an average of 33.6 hours per week and follow a fixed schedule: 6 days on, 4 days off. This means plenty of time off while still earning a competitive salary. Already an experienced operator? You’ll quickly learn our process and take ownership of your production line. Not there yet but technically minded and eager to learn? We’ll train you step by step to become a fully qualified Process Operator.

You’ll work in a technical production environment involving extrusion and thermoforming. This is not standard manufacturing. During your shift, you’re responsible for your own production line and ensure a challenging process with variable raw materials remains stable and delivers a high-quality end product.

Salary up to €4,183 gross per month, including 28% shift allowance

Work with technical production systems you won’t find everywhere

Work on a production line and develop towards running it independently

Operate equipment used for extrusion, thermoforming, cutting and stacking

Set up machines and adjust process settings when needed

Monitor quality, output and process stability, and stop the line when necessary

Troubleshoot technical issues and learn how to identify root causes

Contribute ideas to improve processes and performance

You’ll work with recycled materials that can behave differently from batch to batch. The challenge lies in understanding how material properties, machine settings and process conditions influence each other and how to optimize them.

You have experience in manufacturing or working with machinery and want to learn the Process Operator profession

Or you’re currently an Operator and want to develop your technical skills further
