We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic team member to join our ViVest team as Marketing Manager. Based in Den Bosch, you will be responsible for making ViVest a top-three brand in all countries we are active in. Key focus areas for this role are creating the proposition for our products & the required marketing to bring this into the markets. You will head up the strategic partner marketing group consisting of the marketing managers of our strategic partners. You will manage the upstream & downstream commercial process collaboratively with our Business Unit in China.

This role requires close collaboration with our partners, the Vivest International team and the BU, from understanding needs to providing solutions and launching new products. Marketing is key to building a strong presence in the international markets. You will play a pivotable part in achieving this goal. It is an exciting and fun role in a dynamic, international environment with people that are committed to saving people’s lives. This function offers growth opportunities within the organization longer term as our business is growing fast and our portfolio is diversifying and our geographical footprint is increasing. In this role you report to the CEO of ViVest International, also based in the Den Bosch / Eindhoven office.

End-to-End responsible for ViVest International Marketing. Creating an annual marketing plan together with the management team, segment the market, managing the marketing mix and positioning to become and stay top-three

Heading up the Strategic Partner Marketing group & working with this group in building the ViVest brand & demand creation for ViVest products

Managing the Upstream & Downstream process in collaboration with the BU international marketing manager. Provide business cases to the BU and drive priorities within the development pipeline

Creating (or manage outsourcing of) brand/content/collateral, training content and other relevant content to support the sales team and their partners

Providing Market insights and Competitive insights to the organization and partners; Funneling User needs & Change Request; Provide roadmap input

Run programs, campaigns and special (price) promotions to increase sales, improve the product mix, or other commercial benefits to the organization

Co-organize events, trade shows, training events, partner/user events

Support creating familiarity of Partners with European medical device regulations, particularly CE marking & MDR to ensure compliance throughout the commercial chain

Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, business administration or a related field

Partner (Customer) oriented, commercial savvy

Eager to start, to learn, to exchange, and to be flexible in daily work

English and Dutch (both written and spoken) are required. Additional languages are a plus

Full-time basis, 10%-20% international travel
