You coordinate absenteeism and reintegration cases, advise managers and help improve prevention and sustainable employability processes.

Harde eisen

• Completed HBO education
• At least 5 years of experience in absenteeism guidance, case management, or occupational health services
• Good knowledge of Dutch absenteeism legislation
• Good command of Dutch
• Good command of English

• You work with occupational health physicians, case managers and HR colleagues to improve processes and reports.
