For the expansion of the commercial team at Joosten Kunststoffen, we are looking for an Operations Manager for our location in Bemmel. We focus on growth, and you will lead the team that makes it happen.

As Operations Manager of Joosten Kunststoffen in Bemmel, you will provide daily leadership to both the inside and outside sales teams. You combine leadership, commercial instinct, and the “we’ve got this” mindset that defines Joosten. Together with 13 colleagues, you form a close-knit team. You coach, connect, and drive collaboration and results. The territory is divided into three regions, each with its own field sales representative and team of inside sales specialists.

You are responsible for the commercial performance of the location and ensure everyone knows what they’re working toward. You focus not only on numbers, but also on behavior, mindset, and personal development. You maintain oversight, know when to intervene, and turn plans into concrete actions — all with a healthy dose of energy, humor, and dedication.

You’re a true connector who knows how to motivate people and get things moving. You know how to build a team that complements each other and delivers results. At the same time, you have a keen eye for commercial opportunities and aren’t afraid to make decisions. You have a bachelor’s degree level of thinking and working (HBO) and at least three years of experience in a leadership role. Experience in the civil engineering (GWW) sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
