As a reach truck operator, you’ll play a key role in the warehouse operations:
📦 Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse
🚛 Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
🏭 Supply production lines with everything they need
🙌 Occasionally assist in production when needed
You’ll work in 3 shifts , earning extra thanks to attractive shift bonuses:
A valid Dutch-certified reach truck license;
Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to get things done.
Starting salary of €17,55 per hour, excluding shift bonuses;
Free Johma salads to take home every Thursday;
Need transportation? Use a 4 Minutes E-bike;
Travel allowance of €0,23 cent per kilometer;
A great team atmosphere and supportive colleagues.

The company produces a wide range of fresh, tasty salads, such as egg salads, meat salads, fish salads and vegetarian options. Johma is known for using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes, where taste and quality are central. When making the salads, they have only one goal in mind: Johma simply has to be the tastiest!
Johma has been established in Losser for more than 50 years and mainly supplies supermarkets and food service companies in the Netherlands and Belgium.
