Production Worker Kitchen

Without your sharp eye and cooking skills, there would be no Johma salads in the supermarket. Behind every fresh salad is a top-tier team in the hot kitchen. And we are looking for reinforcement!

As a Kitchen Production Worker , you are the essential link at the very start of the process. You ensure the foundation is perfect. This isn't boring, repetitive assembly line work—you will be genuinely hands-on, working with large volumes and fresh ingredients in a craft-like setting.

In the hot kitchen, you rule the pots, pans, and processes. You follow the recipes meticulously to ensure that taste and quality are always guaranteed.

Preparing ingredients: Blanching vegetables, cooking pasta, and soaking products according to the recipe.

Quality control: Weighing ingredients, measuring temperatures, and carefully checking products and processes.

Safety & Hygiene: Working strictly according to hygiene and safety guidelines, and wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Teamwork: Working together with your colleagues to keep the work environment clean, tidy, and safe.

Your work rhythm (3-shift rotation): We rotate on a weekly basis. You will work from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, or take on the night shift from 22:00 to 06:00.

You are not the type to sit behind a desk all day; you want action, structure, and to see the direct results of your hard work.

You are available full-time for the long term.

You work neatly, systematically, and enjoy following set procedures.

You are a true team player with a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for quality.

A delicious salary: A gross base salary of €16.01 per hour .

Attractive shift allowances: Your flexibility pays off! In the evening you earn €21.29 per hour (33% allowance) and at night even €21.61 per hour (35% allowance).
