Logistics Operator

Every day, thousands of Johma products move from the production lines to the warehouse. As a Logistics Operator, you ensure that this process runs smoothly. From scanning and palletizing products to resolving malfunctions in robots and palletizers: you maintain oversight, intervene when necessary, and work with your team to ensure a perfectly functioning logistics process. In this varied role, you combine technology, logistics, and teamwork within one of the most well-known food producers in the Netherlands.

As a Logistics Operator, you are versatile and work across the palletizing, robot, and scanning departments. Together with your team, you ensure that products from the production lines are processed correctly and prepared for transport.

Supplying pallets at the automatic infeed system;

Resolving malfunctions in palletizers and robots;

Performing quality checks before products enter the warehouse;

Working in different positions within the department;

Keeping the workplace clean and organized.

In the long term, you will also work with AGVs (automated guided vehicles / self-driving reach trucks) for:

You will work in a 3-shift system with the following hours:

You are someone who enjoys staying active and gets energy from working in a production environment. You have technical insight, work accurately, and enjoy collaborating within a team. In addition:

You are available full-time for the long term;

You work accurately and with a focus on quality;

You have technical insight and enjoy solving malfunctions;

You can work well in a team and switch between different tasks;

You have a sense of responsibility and attention to safety;

You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.

In addition to a varied job within a friendly and committed team, you can expect:

Between 18:00 and 00:00, you receive a 33% shift allowance (equivalent to €23.34 per hour);

Between 00:00 and 06:00, you receive a 35% shift allowance (equivalent to €23.69 per hour);

The tastiest salads to take home every Thursday;

A long-term job with the possibility of a permanent contract through 4 Minutes if performance is satisfactory;

The possibility to use a scooter, bicycle, or car via 4 Minutes.
