Behind every fresh Johma salad is a strong team that ensures the perfect preparation of all ingredients. In our hot kitchen, you play an important role in this process. From blanching vegetables to cooking pasta: you ensure that all products are prepared according to recipe for further processing in our well-known salads.

As a Kitchen Operator in the hot kitchen, you ensure that raw materials are properly prepared for the production process. You work with a daily schedule and carefully follow recipes and work instructions. Thanks to your efforts, the various production lines can continue to run smoothly.

Preparing raw materials according to recipes;

Working according to hygiene and safety regulations;

Wearing the required personal protective equipment;

Keeping the work environment clean and organized together with your colleagues.

You will work in a 3-shift system with the following hours:

You are someone who likes to get hands-on and gets energy from working in a production environment. You work accurately, enjoy working in a team, and value safe and hygienic working practices. In addition:

You are available full-time for the long term;

You work neatly and according to fixed procedures;

You have a sense of responsibility and attention to quality;

You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.

In addition to a varied job within a friendly and committed team, you can expect:

Between 18:00 and 00:00, you receive a 33% shift allowance (equivalent to €21.93 per hour);

Between 00:00 and 06:00, you receive a 35% shift allowance (equivalent to €22.26 per hour);

The tastiest salads to take home every Thursday;

A long-term job with the possibility of a permanent contract through 4 Minutes if performance is satisfactory;

The possibility to use a scooter, bicycle, or car via 4 Minutes.
