This role is full time on AV Flexologic`s HQ in Alphen aan den Rijn.

The Marketing Intern will be responsible for providing Administrative Marketing support, Logistics and Operations support, plus assisting with executive administrative tasks.

Marketing and Administrative operations skills

Liaising with vendors, external Event Managers, Suppliers

Marketing and office organization and support

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Able to process basic financial and logistics documents and orders (invoices, shipping)

Able to create basic financial reports monthly

Hands-on assistance with Marketing and Events logistics

Executive support, calendar management, meeting coordination, office, and software purchase management, booking hotels, flights, software tools

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Have 0-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
