As a Senior Financial Account Manager, you will oversee a diverse client portfolio within Corporate Expansion Services, acting as the main contact for clients and their advisers. You will drive accurate financial reporting, SPV administration, VAT/CIT filings, and statutory financial statements under Dutch GAAP/IFRS. You will lead and mentor junior staff while coordinating with cross-border offices to deliver timely, compliant results. This role emphasizes client relationship management, process discipline, and proactive problem-solving to support growth and service excellence. You will engage in board meetings and contribute to the expansion of our international office network.
Manage a client portfolio and serve as primary contact for clients and advisers regarding financial and tax responsibilities
Maintain client relationships and support preparation of client meetings
Administer SPVs, including monthly/quarterly reports, variances, cash flows, and working capital analyses
Close accounts by reviewing SPV-level closing with property managers
Prepare VAT and CIT filings with external advisers
Prepare and review statutory annual financial statements (Dutch GAAP/IFRS)
Manage local audits and respond to audit queries to meet deadlines and budget
Oversee bank accounts and client payments
Plan work to ensure timely, accurate filing of records
Mentor and motivate junior/medior financial account managers
Contribute to board meetings with presentation/clarification of annual accounts
Share financial knowledge across cross-border teams and perform ad hoc finance tasks
Hands-on, proactive approach with leadership and client relationship capabilities
Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
