In this role you support private clients through full or partial administration in a boutique trust environment. You partner with tax and legal advisors and service providers, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliant documentation. You’ll handle multilingual correspondence and coordinate cross‑functional tasks to keep client matters organized. This position offers international exposure, development opportunities, and a strong emphasis on client service and diligence.

Provide friendly, service-oriented handling of client administrative affairs

Assist with administration, bookkeeping and payments

Prepare yearly asset and liability overview

Gather and distribute tax information documents

Manage pending affairs and follow up on receipt of legal documents

Coordinate with tax/legal advisors, suppliers, banks, insurers, and real estate managers

Maintain filing system and perform scanning/copying tasks in Envisual

Handle Dutch and English correspondence (and French)

Flexible and inventive follow-up on diverse client requests

HBO level in commercial/administrative/bookkeeping

Several years experience in a similar position

Excellent Dutch and English (written and spoken)

French and other language skills are beneficial
