As the ESG Compliance & Sustainability Manager at Metyis, you will be an integral part of our growing Sustainability business unit. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with ESG regulations, supporting sustainability goals, and scaling the ESG capabilities within the company. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensure alignment with ESG regulations and industry standards, including frameworks like NFRD and CSRD.

Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to develop compliance strategies.

Develop scalable compliance frameworks to support client projects and internal initiatives.

Integrate governance and risk management systems aligned with ESG principles.

Support senior consultants in engaging C-level stakeholders to deliver ESG insights and actionable recommendations.

Assist in building strong relationships with clients to drive sustainable impact.

Contribute to the growth and expertise of the ESG practice by supporting training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Stay informed on emerging trends in ESG and sustainability to plan and forecast.

6–8 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability or related fields.

A strong background in ESG reporting, compliance, and governance frameworks.

Proven experience in ESG initiatives as a consultant for large organizations (ideally in one of the big 4 consultancies)

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving impactful change in sustainability.

Experience working with frameworks like NFRD, CSRD, TCFD, or equivalent standards.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (Sustainability, Business, Risk Management).
