For our location at Eindhoven Airport we are looking for a  part-time Customer Service & Sales Agent , to strengthen our team during the weekends.

What will you do as a Customer Service & Sales Agent?

• Offer customers an outstanding, distinctive journey. Their experience begins with YOU: you represent Enterprise as the first point of contact via phone, e-mail and face-to-face interactions
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at time of rental and return; handle and resolve questions, comments and complaints according to our company guidelines
• Facilitate the rental process: verify all driver information, link the booking to a car within the booked category, help the customer with any additional requests, create the rental contract
• Are organized, service-oriented, result-driven and able to work under pressure
• Are able to create new business opportunities
• Are eager to learn something new every day
• Want to go the extra mile for our customers
• Have their driver’s license and are able to drive manual and automatic cars (required!)
• Nice, young team (and good parties ;-))
• Good education and training for your role as a new colleague.
