As a Project Engineer, you will lead the technical coordination of offshore wind projects, ensuring solutions align with client requirements, timelines, and budgets. You’ll play a central role in integrating client needs with project team efforts, fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

Coordinate technical project elements to meet client expectations in a timely, budget-friendly manner.

Drive innovation for cost-effective, durable offshore solutions.

Manage interfaces with clients and internal teams.

Organise workflow, streamline project processes, and prepare concise progress reports.

Take ownership of deliverables and ensure quality compliance.

Collaborate closely with project teams and clients.

Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore design.

Proficiency in Office365, knowledge of CAD required, FEM tools is a plus.

Dutch-speaking or willing to learn for social integration with colleagues.

Flexible and proactive, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

At least 4 days a week, Schiedam Office/Hybrid Working possibilities
