EAB is the specialist in reducing energy costs for business owners. The energy industry is complex. In the field of energy, we unburden customers in its entirety by offering a total package of services.

Thanks to our industry knowledge and high quality of service, we have been able to establish a strong market position in a short period of time. You will find an open working atmosphere, room for sociability and every Friday afternoon the opportunity to put the week behind you with a drink in an informal atmosphere.

You come in in the morning, grab a cup of coffee or tea and start up your computer. While booting up, you discuss with your colleagues, what’s on your “agenda” today. We do this in the day start. In the day start we discuss our open actions, share our successes, what we can improve and ask each other questions. Anything to become a better fun and better every day. We believe this is important!

Once this is done you will be the first to start receiving messages from our support box. These messages come from our clients and collaborative partners. Service orientation is very important to us, so we always give the customer a response within 2 business days. Even if we don’t know the answer yet.

Process essential customer information, such as contact moments and customer notes, in our specially designed software package. This system is called “EAB-Digital” and you can really find all the customer info here.

Around noon, grab a bite to eat and/or take a walk around the block. We are in a fantastic location, in which you can walk to the cozy center of Voorburg, through the many stretches of greenery in the neighborhood or through the increasingly hipper urban district “De Binckhorst. Based on our core values of Reliability, Competence and Integrity, we naturally remain available to our customers during lunch breaks.

After lunch you resume your actions and any customer questions to be answered.. If you have an “energy dip” in between, which we can’t imagine, just walk into the “Gameroom” to throw a dart, play a game of table tennis or make an appointment for a wonderful chair massage.

We think it’s important that you end your day successfully. That gives satisfaction. Together, we’ll make sure you end the day feeling great.

To end the successful week and usher in the weekend, there will be a social drink on Friday afternoon. We also regularly host fun company outings or parties.

Processing (new) customers and completing the customer dossier

Telephone and e-mail contact with customers

Entering all information from existing as well as new customers into our Energy Monitoring System (EMS)

Making analyses for and with the customer about energy consumption

Taking care of billing for our additional services

Development opportunities including in the area of energy procurement and the energy tax reclamation process

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

You have at least 1 to 2 years of employment experience

You love making phone calls and think helping customers is fantastic

Easily find your way around software systems

You are communicative, stress-resistant, collaborative and flexible

You recognize yourself in our core values

You are motivated, positive and take others along with you in your enthusiasm

You are available for 32 – 40 hours per week
