Wij zijn voor Orangecabins en Rental group op zoek naar een gemotiveerde, administratieve, en commercieel sterk, technische duizendpoot die sterk in zijn of haar schoenen staat.

Jij bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van het administratieve traject rondom het proces van een project. Wanneer een project aangeleverd wordt door jouw directe collega(s), neem jij de communicatie over met de klant en zorgt dat voldaan wordt aan gemaakte afspraken en bijkomstige administratieve werkzaamheden.

Jij zult samen met jouw collega’s als een sterk team te werk gaan. Jullie zullen elkaar ondersteunen waar mogelijk en zorgen dat de klant tevreden terugkijkt op het mooie product en de fijne samenwerking.

Beantwoorden en afhandelen vragen, klachten en serviceverzoeken;

Ondersteunen van je collega’s bij administratieve zaken;

Ondersteunen bij het compleet maken van vergunningsaanvragen.

Je bent een stevige gespreks-/sparringpartner;

Je bent georganiseerd en kunt goed het overzicht bewaren;

Een portie enthousiasme, een vleugje humor en een grote dosis pro-activiteit in jouw werkzaamheden.
