Heb je ervaring met het organiseren van (bouw) projecten en vind je het leuk om alles in goede banen te leiden? Dan hebben we een mooie uitdaging voor je bij Dit is Plek .

Wij zijn op zoek naar een werkvoorbereider/projectmanager die ons team komt versterken. Je komt te werken in een prettige, informele sfeer waar we samen zorgen voor kwaliteit en een soepel verloop van onze projecten.

Zorgen dat alle materialen en diensten op tijd en volgens specificatie worden ingekocht en geleverd.

De werkplaats duidelijk informeren en aansturen over de uit te voeren werkzaamheden.

Voor- en nacalculaties maken, kostenramingen opstellen en offertes verzorgen.

Toeleveranciers op de bouwplaats organiseren en aansturen.

Een HBO-opleiding en bij voorkeur ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de bouw of industrie.

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Technisch inzicht, bij voorkeur met bouwkundige kennis.

Een goed salaris, passend bij je ervaring en verantwoordelijkheden.

Een fulltime contract van 37,5 uur per week.

Een vast dienstverband na een succesvolle proefperiode.
