Proven experience as a CO2 Welder in heavy steel construction projects.

In-depth knowledge of CO2 welding techniques and processes.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.

Strong understanding of weld symbols and welding codes.

Skilled in welding heavy steel components using CO2 welding machines.

Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality welds.

Familiarity with welding safety procedures and practices.

Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.

Set up welding equipment, including CO2 welding machines and related tools.

Weld heavy steel components using CO2 welding techniques to meet project requirements.

Ensure proper fusion, penetration, and weld quality according to specified standards.

Conduct inspections and quality checks on welded joints to verify adherence to project specifications.

Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance as necessary.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to project timelines and meet project deadlines.
