As a Freelance Junior Business & Data Support, you are responsible for assisting our Business Category Managers, translating product information, and improving communication between teams. You help define match rules and ensure accurate product data translation.

As a Freelance Junior Business & Data Support, you will work closely with our Business Category Managers and internal teams. You bridge any communication or knowledge gaps, assist in defining match rules, and accurately translate product information from English to Dutch. You are responsible for maintaining product data, communicating updates, and supporting projects within set deadlines.

Your responsibilities:

• Support Business Category Managers with product- and data-related tasks

• Translate product details from English to Dutch

• Assist in defining and communicating match rules

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product data

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline communication

Who we are looking for:

• Junior/freelance professional with strong communication and administrative skills

• Proficient in English and fluent in Dutch

• Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and meet deadlines

• Experience in product data management, translation, or retail/e-commerce is a plus

Wat wij vragen

• Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
• Junior or equivalent experience with strong administrative and communication skills
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in product data management, translation, or retail/e-commerce is a plus
• Bonus: familiarity with retail or e-commerce category management.

Verantwoordelijk voor: Ensure accurate and complete product and category matching between HEMA and DataWeave, including reviewing Dutch ↔ English product translations and facilitating smooth communication between HEMA’s category managers and DataWeave’s CSM team.
