Job Description: Data is highly valued in today’s world, and many companies recognize its importance. However, extracting clear insights from data remains a challenge for many. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and guiding our clients towards future-proof and valuable data platforms that support both traditional and innovative data-driven workloads. Our clients include prominent organizations such as Basic Fit, PWN, Vivat, Henkel, and ABN AMRO.

In our international team of 500 colleagues, approximately 60 of us focus primarily on data-related projects. Our expertise spans various aspects of data, including traditional Business Intelligence solutions, Smart Data Platforms (SDP), advanced Analytics solutions involving AI and Data Science, and more. Within the Data & Analytics team, we have an MVP named Marc Lelijveld.

As a Senior Data Engineer, your main responsibility will be advising clients on the technical possibilities and prerequisites in the Data & Analytics field. Collaborating with your team, you will design, develop, and implement Data & Analytics applications, intelligent big data platforms, and self-service BI solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. This role involves designing architectures, building and deploying solutions using Azure DevOps and Azure Services. You will also configure ETL and Azure Data Factory pipelines and perform various data engineering tasks. Our team members possess extensive technical knowledge of technologies such as the Azure Data Platform, SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and Python, with a significant portion of our logic written in Python and SQL. We also work with cutting-edge technologies like Azure Synapse.

Staying updated on market trends is essential as you will be working with different clients. In addition to contributing to our clients’ success, we encourage your own professional development.
