Medior Data Analyst | Data Science District

As a Medior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and designing end-to-end data solutions. You will serve as the primary contact for the business and collaborate closely with your data engineer colleagues. Your strong communication skills and analytical abilities will enable you to understand business processes and effectively support your project team. You will be familiar with Agile methodologies, data modeling, SQL, and potentially have experience with Python and/or R. Additionally, you will contribute to data visualization using tools like Power BI and provide training and guidance to junior consultants.

Strong team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Experience in data analysis using SQL, with knowledge of Python and/or R being a plus.

Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, and dashboarding.

Advantageous to have experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps project methods.

2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote.

The Team : The team consists of 20 people who primarily communicate in English.

Understand business processes and translate business needs into data requirements for cloud-based data solutions (such as data platforms or dashboards): 8 hrs.

Translate business questions into concrete and testable hypotheses: 4 hrs.

Analyze data sets and prepare workload for data engineers and modelers: 8 hrs.

Support analytical end results through appropriate data visualization using tools like Power BI: 4 hrs.

Train and guide junior consultants in the above responsibilities: 4 hrs.

Co-develop Valcon’s Data Analysis and Data Modeling propositions: 8 hrs.

Build and maintain a relevant network with current and new customers: 4 hrs.
