Baas Zorg B.V. is een vooraanstaande thuiszorgorganisatie die hoogwaardige zorgdiensten biedt in de regio’s Gelderland-Midden, Gelderland-Zuid en Gooi & Vechtstreken. Wij zijn op zoek naar een toegewijde medewerker Maatschappelijke Zorg (mbo) Niveau 3 om ons team te versterken.

Functieprofiel Maatschappelijke Zorg (mbo) Niveau 3:

Als medewerker Maatschappelijke Zorg (mbo) Niveau 3 bij Baas Zorg B.V. speelt u een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen en begeleiden van cliënten die behoefte hebben aan maatschappelijke zorg en ondersteuning. Uw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

Het bieden van persoonlijke begeleiding en ondersteuning aan cliënten bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten.

Het bevorderen van de zelfredzaamheid en participatie van cliënten in de samenleving.

Het opstellen en uitvoeren van begeleidingsplannen, rekening houdend met de individuele behoeften en doelen van de cliënt.

Samenwerken met cliënten, hun families en andere zorgprofessionals om de best mogelijke zorg en ondersteuning te bieden.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie, verwachten wij dat kandidaten voldoen aan de volgende criteria:

Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding op niveau 3 in de richting van Maatschappelijke Zorg of vergelijkbaar.

Affiniteit met maatschappelijke zorg en het ondersteunen van cliënten.

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en inlevingsvermogen.

Bereidheid om te leren en zich verder te ontwikkelen in de zorgsector.
