Baas Zorg B.V. is een vooraanstaande thuiszorgorganisatie die hoogwaardige zorgdiensten biedt in de regio’s Gelderland-Midden, Gelderland-Zuid en Gooi & Vechtstreken. Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een toegewijde medewerker voor Huishoudelijke Ondersteuning om ons team te versterken.

Functieprofiel Huishoudelijke Ondersteuning:

Als medewerker Huishoudelijke Ondersteuning bij Baas Zorg B.V. speelt u een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van onze cliënten bij het handhaven van een schone, veilige en comfortabele leefomgeving. Uw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

Uitvoeren van huishoudelijke taken, zoals schoonmaken, wassen, strijken en boodschappen doen.

Helpen bij het bereiden van maaltijden en het bevorderen van gezonde voeding.

Het bieden van ondersteuning bij persoonlijke verzorging en hygiëne.

Rapporteren over eventuele veranderingen in de situatie van de cliënt.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie, verwachten wij dat kandidaten voldoen aan de volgende criteria:

Affiniteit met huishoudelijke taken en een zorgzame, attente benadering.

Ervaring in het uitvoeren van huishoudelijke taken en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden is een pré.

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.

Bereidheid om te leren en zich verder te ontwikkelen in de thuiszorg.
