About the Department

The Project and Process Unit (PPU) drives Atradius’ transformation, leading business change through innovation in information technologies and process improvement . Within this unit, we are looking for a Senior Process Designer to join the Process Design & Business Enterprise Architecture team.

Your Role

As a Senior Process Designer , you will be responsible for designing and optimizing business processes using LEAN methodologies , integrating innovative technologies where relevant. You will work closely with internal teams to improve process efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring sustainable and impactful enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Apply LEAN methodologies and principles to drive process improvements.

Utilize emerging technologies and innovative methodologies in process design.

Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of process improvements.

Prepare advisory reports , including cost-benefit analyses and business cases.

Create and deliver training materials for junior process designers and other stakeholders.
